How Does Booking a Private Session work?

​

1) Choose the Coach you'd like to work with, then go to our Book Coach page.  From there, you'll be able to view the calendars of each Coach. 

Select your Coach and choose a time and date which works for you.  If you can't find your particular date or time then please email us at info@21accents.com, as sometimes the Coach will be able to work something out for you.

​

 

2) Pay for your booking with the peace of mind which comes from using PayPal. You do not need an account, you can select to pay with your Credit or Debit card through PayPal - or use the Credit/Debit option from the website itself.

​

 

3) Sessions are conducted over Zoom. You should receive your Zoom link either in the session booking confirmation or directly from your Coach within 1-2 business days.

​

4) Enjoy your session! You'll also be able to record the video and audio of your session on Zoom, if you're at a computer (doesn't work on a phone or tablet) so that you can use it for your home studies.

​

6) If you need to reschedule a session, you may do so by emailing your Coach up to 48 hours before the scheduled session time.  No-shows are billed at the usual rate.  We understand that plans change and we're grateful for as much notice as you can give so we may reschedule.  Buying a session means that you agree to this policy.​​

 

How do the Courses differ from the videos you provide for free on your YouTube channel?

​

Our Courses are much more in-depth, with accompanying worksheets, and are built to guide you along a course rather than the random tips we share for free.  But we Love YouTube! It's where our 21 Accents Academy is located, which holds all of our Courses plus special workshops and tips, at our lowest possible fees to make training accessible for all.

 

 

I bought a Course awhile ago and the website seems different now.  How do I access the course?

We've left the Teachable platform! If you are an existing student, check your spam folder because we emailed you a special coupon for each Course you purchased, so you can log in for free here on our website. >>Three emails were sent in December 2025 and January 2026, from Teachable and 21 Accents, so search "21 Accents Coupon Course" and it should come up. If you can't find it, email us your receipt(s) for your Course(s) to info@21Accents.com for a coupon code.  🤗

 

 

If I work with a Coach can I expect to master XXX accent?

​

Amy Walker, Alex Brown, Isabella Gamez, Maisie Merlock and many students are proof that it's absolutely possible.  Alex was born in Spain, but after two years of working with Amy, he fulfilled his dream of moving to LA and booking many roles as "All-American" characters. Isabella also moved to LA from Mexico and after working with Alex, she's booking American roles as an actress too. It's helped her so much that she now coaches students here, to support you in reaching your accent goals.

 

Amy also moved to Australia and New Zealand and completely blended in and booked roles as a local.

But it takes a lot of personal dedication, passion and work on your part. Our coaches will do their best to help you reach and surpass your goals, but the biggest factor will be your continued practice and commitment. It's essential to study in between sessions.  Your coach will help you to build a targeted, effective structure for continued self-study.
